Video is buffering or won't load

Quick fixes

1. Check your internet speed — you need at least 3 Mbps for SD, 5 Mbps for HD.
2. Lower the video quality — click ⚙ in the player and select a lower resolution.
3. Refresh the page — press F5 (Windows) or Cmd+R (Mac).
4. Clear your browser cache — then reload.
5. Try a different browser — Chrome is recommended.

If the problem persists

• Restart your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds.
• Close other tabs and applications using bandwidth.
• Try a wired Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi.
