Welcome to airflix.dev. By creating an account or using this service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

airflix.dev is a streaming platform that provides access to films, series, and other video content via subscription or individual purchase/rental. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify content in the library at any time.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may create up to 5 profiles per account for members of the same household.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then and are not charged for the next period.
All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

4. Rentals and Purchases

Where available, you may rent or purchase individual titles. Rentals are subject to a watch window (typically 48 hours from first play). Purchases grant perpetual access subject to the availability of the title on the platform and applicable licensing terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute content from the platform without written permission.
Circumvent any digital rights management or access controls.
Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access the service.
Share your account with anyone outside your household.
Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Content Ownership

All content on the platform is owned by or licensed to us. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to watch content for your own private use. No other rights are granted.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the service. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
