Our refund policy

We offer refunds when:

  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription
  • You were charged twice for the same period
  • A prolonged service outage occurred during your billing period

How to request a refund

  2. Include the charge date, amount and reason.
  3. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
